MEGA Type Fuses and Holders
Automotive heavy-duty Durite and Littelfuse MEGA fuses and fuse holders from Arc Components Ltd. The range of auto electrical heavy load MEGA fuses are designed for fuse replacement in equipment, and an update of the old standard strip link fuses. MEGA-type fuses are now commonplace on new build commercial and industrial vehicles.
The heavy-duty fuses are designed predominantly for protecting a circuit close to an automotive battery source, used on high current DC circuits and electric vehicles for heavy gauge cables and wires. The fuses are available in 100A Yellow, 125A Green, 150A Orange, 175A White, 200A Blue, 225A Beige, 250A Pink, 300A Grey, 350A Dark Green, 400A Purple, 450A Dark Yellow and 500A White versions and are colour-coded for easy identification. The mega-type fuses have a protective stackable fusebox or carrier with vehicle wiring/cable entry ends and can be slotted together to create a fuse bank.
