A Useful Tip for the replacement of these bulbs:

To remove the bulb: we use PVC sleeving that is a close fit over the bulb, twist it slightly and pull.
To fit a bulb: insert the bulb into the sleeve; you can either insert a solid bar down the sleeve to help push the bulb in place or just pinch the sleeve and push.
In the case of stubborn-to-remove bulbs: we use a heat shrink sleeve, gently warmed when slipped over the bulb until it grips the bulb firmly and then pulled.
