This high-quality PVC flat sheathed, copper-cored electrical wire is supplied on a 30m or 100m cardboard reel, perfect for storage in your van or workshop ready-use wiring racks. It is 0.65mm² (19 AWG) and features two 9 strands of 0.30mm separate copper wires bound together in a PVC sleeve and then moulded into a flat PVC sheath, with an outside measurement of 6.1mm x 3.8mm. It meets all necessary standards for electrical equipment wiring for domestic and commercial vehicles, including BS6862-1:1971. It has good overall resistance to petrol, diesel and lubricating oils. It is suitable for continuous current loads to a maximum of 5.75 Amps per cable.
The Durite 0-951-00 and 3-951-00 twin cables are commonly used as conductor wires on low-amperage 12V-24V electrical equipment.
