Installation Instructions (for translation)

 1. Mount this voltage converter in a cool dry position, with good ventilation and with the terminals facing down.

 2. To fit, remove the installation bracket from the voltage converter, mark and drill the three 3.5mm mounting holes in the desired position. Secure with the three screws and caps provided.

 3. Using the 6.3mm insulated terminals provided, run two wires (of a cross section suitable for the maximum load) direct from the battery +ve terminal to the '+24v' INPUT and battery -ve terminal to the '-ve' INPUT terminals. This will prevent any unexpected transient voltages due to high current flow affecting the unit. Always connect the -ve or earth leads first (as with any voltage converter) to allow the voltage regulator to have a reference.

 4. Run two wires (of a cross section suitable for the maximum load) direct to the load from the '13.6v' OUTPUT and the '-ve' OUTPUT terminals. The quiescent current of this unit is less than 15mA and does not cause excessive battery drain, eliminating the need for the unit to be switched off when not in use.

 5. Mount the unit in the bracket. Connect the output and input terminals and check the green LED adjacent to the '13.6v' OUTPUT is lit indicating correct operation. Caution! If the unit is overloaded or overheated for more than a short period it will shut down. When the overload condition is removed and the unit has cooled down, it will reset and continue operation, The unit is fused internally and in the unlikely event of an internal component failing, it cannot be repaired.
