0-525-40 12V-24V Durite Marine LED Illuminated 0 to 8000rpm Tachometer

 Durite 0-525-40, marine type or style 12/24 Volt DC 0-8000rpm tacho gauge or meter. LED illumination in either white or yellow, plastic cased and with stainless steel bezel. Screw collar type fitting.

Wiring Gauge

1. Black – to Common Ground (-)
2. Red – to Positive (+)
3. Green – to the tacho rpm signal
4. White – for the White backlight (+)
5. Orange – for the Yellow backlight (+)

Fitting Instructions

1. Cut a 52mm (2 1/16 inch) diameter panel hole.
2. Save a minimum of 55mm (2 3/16 inches) of depth behind the panel to fit the gauge.
3. Remove the fastening ring.
4. Fit cables through the panel hole and insert the connector into the back of the gauge.
5. Insert the gauge through the panel from the front, fit and tighten the fastening ring from the rear, checking the gauge's position before tightening.
6. Connect cables by following the instructions.

Programming

1. Power on the gauge, then search for the WiFi SSID below on your PC or mobile phone.
   WIFI SSID: S190A-xxxxxx (SSID starts with S190A for the tacho WiFi)
   Password: 12345678
2. Scan the code or input the IP address to your browser after connecting to the tacho WiFi (see image above)
3. Change the pulse/rpm according to where the speed signal is taken from.
   If from the W terminal, then the pulse per rpm is half the number of cylinders (i.e. 4 cylinders = 2 pulses per rpm, 6 cylinders = 3 pulses, etc.).
   If the pulse is taken from the alternator, then the number of pulses is dependent on the pulley ratio (i.e. if the ratio is 2:1, then the number of pulses per rpm is 0.5).
4. To modify the password, the default is 0, change it and then confirm the new password at the bottom of the screen.
5. All other settings are pre-set by the manufacturer.
