RW1000-5003 Albright 60V 1200A Busbar Contactor - Continuous

 Albright International RW1000-5003 60 volts single-pole, single-throw continuous use solenoid contactor.

• The RW1000 is designed for use in telecommunication and power distribution applications where an uninterrupted load is switched.
• These contactors are primarily for use with Direct Current loads but can also be used with Alternating Currents.
• The RW1000 features double-breaking main contacts with Silver-alloy tips which are weld resistant, hardwearing and have excellent conductivity.
• Due to their configuration the RW1000 contactors are deemed non-serviceable, therefore contact kits are not available.

About Continuous (CO.) RW1000 Solenoids

 Continuous contactors by design are predominantly used for drive functions on vehicles, they make and break slower than intermittent solenoids and are recommended for prolonged contact periods.

 The RW1000 is a compact contactor can be busbar mounted vertically or horizontally, but if mounted vertically, the coil should be at the bottom.

 This Reduced Silver series of contactors are suitable for applications where infrequent switching is specified. In such applications the degradation of the tip is minimal and therefore a higher volume of silver is unnecessary.
